These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PropDecks website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by PropDecks, Inc. 1. Eligibility

- PropDecks does not offer or host paid-entry tournaments, gambling, or real-money contests of any kind.
All contests on PropDecks are free-to-play, skill-based games designed for entertainment only.
2. How PropDecks Works
-PropDecks is a fantasy sports experience where you build lineups using digital player “props” (e.g., “Will Patrick Mahomes throw for 300+ yards?”).
-Points are earned when players hit their props.
-Leaderboards and contests let you compete for rewards such as digital badges, merchandise, or community recognition.
-No paid entry fees, real-money wagering, or gambling features are available on the Service.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features.
-You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
-You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
-We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms.
4. Contests and Rewards
-Contests on PropDecks are free-to-play and may award digital items, in-app recognition, or promotional merchandise.
-Contests are void where prohibited by law.
-We reserve the right to cancel or modify contests due to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
-Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
-Attempt to manipulate contest outcomes.
-Share, sell, or transfer your account.
-Upload viruses, spam, or other harmful content.Engage in cheating, collusion, or system abuse.
-Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. In-App Purchases (Apple IOS Disclosure)
-PropDecks may offer optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic upgrades or premium features).
-Payments for in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s payment terms apply.
-Apple is not a sponsor or responsible party in relation to PropDecks contests or rewards.
-Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All PropDecks content—including branding, card designs, software, and features—belongs to PropDecks or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not responsible for:
Incomplete or inaccurate player data, Technical outages, or Third-party service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropDecks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

You may stop using PropDecks at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
